Yaaji Flavoured Goat Chops with Bole Chips

INGREDIENTS

300g Goat Chops
-
Unripe Plantain
-
Yaaji/Suya Spice
-
Salt and Black pepper to taste

Olive Oil
-
Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

Clean and season goat chops with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

Coat goat chops with yaaji spice and set aside.

Heat up a lightly oiled skillet (medium-high heat)
-
Sear goat chops for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Cut and soak plantain in water to get rid of starch (30 minutes).
-
Put on a baking tray, spray with olive oil and roast in the oven for 20minutes at 170 degrees celsius.

Serve hot with more Yaaji spice or a spicy tomato sauce.
