Seafood Okra with Fennel and Green Onions

INGREDIENTS
-
Seafood cocktail/mix of choice
-
100g okra (Diced)
-
4 Habanero Peppers (Blended)
-
2 Cloves Garlic
-
1/2 teaspoon ginger
-
3 Stalks of Green Onions
-
50g Spinach
-
1 Stock Cube
-
Salt
-
1/4 bulb Fennel (Diced)
-
1/2 bulb Onions (Diced)50g Palm Oil
METHOD
-
Set a pot over medium heat, add in oil, onions, garlic, ginger and fennel.

Cook for 2 minutes (stirring continuously)

Add blended peppers and cook for another 2 minutes
-
Add seafood, then add stock cube and salt.

Add Okra, stir and allow to steam for 1 minute
-
Add green onions, spinach, stir and allow to steam for 1 more minute then turn off heat.

Serve.
