Sauteed Asian Style King Prawns
featuring Chef Black

INGREDIENTS

220g King Prawns (washed, deveined and shells removed)

2 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce
-
25g butter
-
2 tablespoon olive oil
-
1tablespoon sesame oil
METHOD

In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chilli sauce and sesame oil

Set a wok over medium to high heat.

Add oil, then butter. Add prawns and sautee for about 3 minutes
-
Add soy sauce mixture and continue to sautee until prawns are cooked through
-
Serve over rice, pasta or noodles. Enjoy!
