Lemon & Pink Peppercorn Crusted Salmon

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon Steaks, bone out

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic, sliced

Zest of 1/2 lemon
-
1/2 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns

2 tablespoon butter
-
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Chef stone secret spice
-
Season salmon with salt, pepper and secret spice.
-
Combine crushed pink peppercorns, garlic, butter and lemon zest.
-
Press the salmon skin side on the peppercorn mix so it holds the mix.
-
Set a pan over medium heat, add the oil and sear the salmon for about 3 minutes per side.
