Grilled Fillet of Steak with Grilled Veggies

INGREDIENTS

200g fillet steak

4 Baby Potatoes

1 floret Cauliflower
-
100g Brussel sprout
-
2 Cherry Tomatoes
-
4 spears Asparagus
-
1 handful Mizuna leaves
-
Red Berries (for Garnish)

1 Beetroot
-
Season steak with salt, black pepper, secret spice and set aside.

On medium-high heat, grill steak for 5 minutes on each side.

Leave to rest.

Lightly oil a griddle pan and grill clean vegetables.
-
Slice baby potatoes very thinly, saute in butter and grill.
-
Boil beetroot till tender and blend.
-
Assemble all the beautifully grilled elements on a plate and serve with beetroot puree.
