Frozen Mixed Berries Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
-
1 cup frozen strawberries
-
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
-
1/4 cup lemon juice
-
1 cup sugar
-
1 cup water
METHOD
-
Make a simple syrup by mixing sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring till sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Allow the syrup to cool completely

Pour strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender and pulse until fully combine

Freeze for 1 hr and pulse again. repeat this till you get your preferred consistency. Alternatively, pour mixture in an ice cream/sorbet maker.
