Grilled Chicken Breast with Strawberry Salsa

INGREDIENTS

200g Chicken Fillets

1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cubed

1 cup strawberries, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 garlic, minced

Bunch of cilantro, chopped

Salt and black pepper

Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

Juice of 1 lime
-
2 tablespoon olive oil
-

Season chicken with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

Set a pan over medium heat, add oil.
-
Sear chicken for about 5 minutes then flip.
-
Transfer to preheated oven and cook for a further 15 minutes at 170 C.

Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl to make salsa.
