Caprese Panini

INGREDIENTS
PANINI

230g strong white flour
-
7g yeast
-
1tsp salt
-
140ml warm water
-
2tbsp olive oil
Caprese
-
Mozarella Balls, sliced into discs
-
Tomatoes, sliced
-
Pesto
METHOD
-
Mix all ingredients for Panini together and knead for 10mins to form a Smooth and soft dough.

Oil a deep bowl, cover with damp towel and proof for 50mins
-
Shape into mini baguettes and allow to proof for another 20min.
-
Make 2-3 incision on the dough, brush with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 15mins.

Once baked, arrange cheese and tomatoes in cut paninis and add some pesto
